HomeWise Weatherization
Provides energy efficient improvements for renters and homeowners.
Seattle Preschool Program (ages 3 and 4)
Free or discounted preschool for ages 3 and 4. <10 minutes to apply.
Home Repair Loan Program
The Home Repair Loan Program provides affordable loans to income-qualified homeowners to address critical health, safety, and structural issues. The program is designed for owner-occupied single family homes with low- to moderate-income households.
The no interest loans are funded by local and federal programs that prioritize repairs that address health and safety concerns. Homeowners are given as much flexibility as possible, and our trusted staff will offer expert guidance throughout the process to ensure the work is done well, and on budget.
Free Toilets for Low-Income Homeowners
This program provides low income renters and homeowners with water saving toilets to lower water bills. 5 minutes to apply.
HomeWise Weatherization

Astound Simply Internet
Offers low-cost, high-speed Internet in Seattle, all for approximately $10 a month. For Seattle residents. Less than 10 minutes to apply.
Trees for Neighborhoods
Provides free trees to Seattle residents to improve air quality and canopy cover to decrease overall temperatures. [TEST V2] This is a test.
Equitable Development Initiative Proposal
Providing community organizations with up to $3.65 Million in awards for project development in 2025-2026. This program is only available for Community Based Organizations.
Register as a Trusted Community Based Organization
Register to apply on behalf of others as part of a Community Based Organization (CBO.) For caseworkers who connect clients to benefits and services. Less than 5 minutes to apply.
Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) Free Transit Pass
The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) Transit Pass is a partnership between SHA and the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT). SHA residents who live in an SHA owned and managed property are eligible to receive an unlimited-use ORCA card to take transit at no cost. The program will run through December 31, 2026. Cards are valid on King County Metro, King County Water Taxi, Seattle Streetcar, Sound Transit, Community Transit, Pierce Transit, Kitsap Transit, Everett Transit, and Seattle Center Monorail.
FLASH Card
Save on retail, services, arts, entertainment, and tourism with the Fun Leisure Access Savings and Health (FLASH) Card for people ages 18-59 with qualifying disabilities. <10 minutes to apply.
Gold Card
Save on retail, services, arts, entertainment, and tourism with the Gold Card for people ages 60 and older. <10 minutes to apply
Free Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Alarms
Seattle Fire Department provides free smoke and carbon monoxide combination alarms. Firefighters will install in the homes of qualifying Seattle homeowners. The smoke and carbon monoxide combination alarms have long-life batteries. Strobe alarms are available for residents who are deaf or hard of hearing. We do not provide smoke and carbon monoxide combination alarms for homeowners who are in the process of selling their home.
Seattle Parks and Recreation Program Discounts
Save 50-90% on many Parks and Recreation programs for all ages from Spring 2024 through Spring 2025 -- aquatics, recreation, preschool, and childcare. 20 minutes to apply.
Fresh Bucks Public Interest Form
Fresh Bucks helps Seattle residents afford fruits and vegetables. Eligible participants receive $40 every month in a Fresh Bucks account. Participants can use their Fresh Bucks Card or the app linked to your account to buy fruits and vegetables at any Fresh Bucks retailer.
