Child Care Assistance Program counts household members as parents or guardians living together and child that live at the same residence, are financially supported by the primary parent or guardian, and are related by blood, marriage, or adoption.

Please enter a number greater than or equal to 1. "Household" means all the people who live with you and share in the expenses. If your household size changes frequently, please choose the household size that is most constant.

Gross monthly income is the income amount before deductions or other taxes are taken out. Please use whole numbers without decimals.
