Apply for Free Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Alarms program

Seattle Fire Department provides free smoke and carbon monoxide combination alarms. Firefighters will install in the homes of qualifying Seattle homeowners. The smoke and carbon monoxide combination alarms have long-life batteries. Strobe alarms are available for residents who are deaf or hard of hearing. We do not provide smoke and carbon monoxide combination alarms for homeowners who are in the process of selling their home.
