Seattle Municipal Court allows people to pay fines and fees over time in monthly payment plans.
 

Standard payment plans are at least $50 monthly, usually for up to two years. If you are receiving or are eligible to receive government financial assistance, you may be able to get a monthly payment plan as low as $25 a month.
